Our New Playroom!!

Raj and I are in the process of finishing the playroom!  We have converted the dining room into a playroom for the babies…and for us.  We needed the living room to look like, well…like a living room.  We are both tired of almost breaking our necks daily tripping on toys.  Aaji and Aaja bought us our foam tiles for the floor in the playroom.  They are fantastic!  The colors and textures of the tiles are wonderful.  It is also so much softer to play on.  We still have to get our baby gates, the walls painted and decorated, and our toy storage.  We should have all of this done in the next few weeks.

The babies and I played in there all day!  It was so wonderful.  They don’t care if the room is finished or not!  The babies had so much more room to roll, scoot, and explore.  They got to enjoy so many more of their toys!  It was so fun for me to watch them play. I only want a comfortable place to sit.  Once, I have that, I will be very happy.  I have a feeling we be in the playroom all of the time now!  Yippy-Skippy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Choo Choo Wagon

The one thing I really wanted the babies to receive this year was a Choo Choo Wagon by Step 2!  This is the one thing “all” triplet moms have.  I definitely want to be part of the “cool” group!  I have heard rave reviews about this ever since I found out I was pregnant with the trips.  I have impatiently awaited the time when the babies could have this wonderful mode of transportation.  Granted, I did hear that one very famous  radio talk show host in Atlanta bashed a triplet mom for “flaunting” her infertiltiy with this wagon.  I know it will be an eye-catcher for sure, but I think the babies are going to love the space and views they get.

Today, Raj put the fantastic, coveted wagon together!  Even though the babies are too small to really enjoy it yet, I put them in it for a ride from the living room to their bedroom!  Maggie LOVED it!  I am still stunned she was the most excited about it.  Josh seemed to really have enjoyed it also.  Evie was pretty tired, so even though she enjoyed it, she just wanted to go to bed!

I am pretty certain there will be tons and tons of pictures of the babies in the wagon in the months to come!  Enjoy the first two!
