Happy Halloween!
Our family just wants to wish everyone a Happy Halloween! We hope everyone has a fun and safe night! Our family (family…that is still neat to me!) carved our pumpkin today. Just in the nick of time might I add!!
I love you all.

Three Hours and Twenty Six Minutes
That is how long I waited in line to vote. I was so lucky to be in line with some very nice people, so we passed the time easily. It took a long time, but everyone in the line was kind, courteous, and polite. That made the wait so much less painful. The worst part of the wait for me was not getting to spend that time with my husband and babies. I worked all day, and then I stood in line for the rest of the day. Maggie was asleep when I got home. I did not like not getting to love on all of my kiddos. However, I am so glad that the trio and I don’t have to go vote on Tuesday! I encourage everyone to vote. I don’t care who you vote for, just vote. Okay, I lied. I do care who you vote for, but that is not my decision. It is your decision. Be an active part of our democracy. Savor every moment of living in the land of the free. That is what our founding fathers expect out of us.
I love you all.

I Hope I Didn’t Make Anyone Mad!!!
I promise I didn’t mean to play a cruel joke on anyone! So sorry to say I am definitely NOT pregnant! Raj would have stopped breathing….or had a stroke if I was!! Okay, so I am working every day but Friday this week. Thus, I am VERY tired and don’t have too much to say! If you want any info on fetal monitoring tracings, heart rhythms, the operating room, PACU, perinatal loss, or obstetrical emergencies, I am your gal though! Instead, I am just going to post some pictures! Maggie is improving by leaps and bounds! Look at how high she is lifting her head in comparison to Evie! It is virtually the same! Whoo-hoo!!!!!!!! Josh is my guy who is not fond of laying on his tummy these days! It seems he and Maggie changed places! Evie doesn’t care! She rolls all over the place!
I love you all.

I’m Pregnant……
That is what I found out one year ago today! No, I am not currently pregnant…no fears there! I had no idea what was to come when I got that second wonderful line!! I think Raj and I are still in shock! However, it is a wonderful, awe inspiring shock! I will never forget seeing the ultra faint pink line after I woke up at 5 in the morning to POAS (pee on a stick)! I went back to bed so excited! I couldn’t wait for Raj to wake up so I couldtell him! I still have that stick! I have it dated and all! I drove around that day with one hand on the wheel and the other hand holding the stick so I could make sure there was really a line there! Poor Raj had to reassure me over and over again that I was pregnant! We only told family that day….and some friends we met to watch UGA beat Florida! I had to explain why I was not drinking a beer. Also, I was so terribly excited!! On that next Monday, I told the world! I could no longer keep it a secret! The past year has brought so many challenges and joys. It has been so crazy! I would not change a thing though! I am so lucky!
I wish I had another of Josh, but I am pretty certain he will forgive me!
I love you all.

Bragging…On Myself!!
I just wanted to say how proud of ME I am!!! I have registered for the Atlanta Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon! That, in and of itself, was very nerve racking to me, because I was then COMMITTED to running it! How scary! But I did it!! I am so very excited!
The other exciting news is….I ran TEN…COUNT IT…TEN miles this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe that I, a mother of 5 month old triplets, ran ten miles?! I am so excited! I felt pretty good most of the way. Next week I will run eleven! I am so very pleased with my training! I am also thrilled to have finally found a Galloway group in my area. That is the greatest asset ever! I am a group leader with the North Gwinnett group, and I am having a blast! Okay, that’s all about me!
I love you all.

Sleeping
I just thought it was too precious with all of the babies…and Moe…sleeping together!
Moe loves the babies. He sleeps in their room every night. Almost anywhere they are, he is going to be! I love that!
I love you all.

Visit With Uncle Casey and Aunt Susan
Sunday was such a fun day! Uncle Casey and Aunt Susan were in town for a wedding, so we got to meet them for brunch on Sunday! It was so much fun!! Me, Raj, the trio, Uncle Brett, Aunt Joy, EmmaClaire, OletaKate, and Mimi all went down to Murphy’s in Virginia Highland to have brunch with them! It was so fantastic! Aunt Susan got to see the babies a little over a month ago, but Uncle Casey had not seen them since we were on vacation. They have grown and changed so much since then!
Anyways, it was so fantastic to spend time with them. We all enjoyed every minute. It was way too short though. I miss my brother so much. However, I am so happy that he and Susan are so happy. Plus, I am jealous they get to live in such an urban area! I am so glad he and Aunt Susan got to love on my babies and Aunt Joy’s girls! I think all of the kids had fun!
I have a ton of pictures, so enjoy them!
I love you all.

Maggie’s First Solid Food
Tonight, I tried the babies on solid food again. I made sure I gave Maggie some tonight also. Maggie had a grand time with the oatmeal! She LOVED blowing raspberries with it! I am certain she did actually swallow some, but she found it much more entertaining to blow raspberries with it! You could tell she really was working hard at processing the texture of the oatmeal and what her tongue had to do with the food. Maggie made me and Dad laugh and laugh. It really was a fun and messy time for all!
I love you all.

My Favorite New Toy!
Because the babies are getting the Synagis vaccine every month, we got a wonderful digital scale to weigh them. Synagis is a weight based vaccine, so our insurance paid for it!! Anyways, I love having a scale to weigh the babies! Now, I don’t have to wait for a doctor’s appointment to find out the babies’ weights. I think I am enjoying weighing the babies much more than they are enjoying being weighed!
BTW: Evie was wiggling on the scale, so her weight is not accurate, but it is close. Somehow, I never got a picture of the tank……
I love you all.
